At Texas Gym Builders, we prioritize your satisfaction with our products and services. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

• Custom gym equipment
• Installation services
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@texasgymbuilders.com and send your item to: [physical address].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: [physical address]. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
